Cultural Cinema in Ireland - An initiative by the Arts Council with the aim to enhance access to art house cinema on the island of Ireland. In particular the aim is to foster an attractive and viable environment for exhibiting art house film and to build a sustainable network of regional art house cinemas and screening facilities in partnership with the Arts Council of Northern Ireland, the Film Board of Ireland/Bórd Scannán na hÉireann, Enterprise Ireland and the Northern Irish Film and Television Commission (NIFTC). Siobhan Bourke was retained by the consortium to produce a plan and advice during the implementation.
