Jobst Graeve holds a BA in Politics, a MA in Economics and a MSc in Computer Science. His postgraduate research focussed on innovation in painting. He is the author of Free Trade and Human Rights in a Sustainable Environment published in 2008. He is an award winning curator and former Director of The Model, Sligo.

From 2011 to 2015 he curated Slow Seeing a touring project with the artist Marie Foley including a year long interpretation of the life of George Boole; mathematician and philosopher.
